Given the nature of the role, meticulous attention to detail is paramount, particularly in managing electronic medical records containing sensitive patient information.
Responsibilities Include:
Diagnosing and treat behavioral and psychiatric health.
Conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
Providing psychotherapy to patients.
Managing patient medication.
Diagnosing and develop treatment plans for homebound patients via analyzing and interpreting medical histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic imaging.
Maintaining standards of care and professional practice guidelines.
Collaborating with our team of specialists and primary care providers to develop treatment plans for high-risk patients.
Partnering with local home health agencies, labs, imaging companies, and vendors.
Communicating with patients and caregivers regarding self-management of diagnoses.
Responding to patient and caregiver questions in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
Maintaining compliance with HIPPA and Health Care regulations.
